IIM Indore
Estd.in 1998 is located on a Beautiful hill at the outskirts of the City and hence is also known as ‘The Peak of Management’ aka ‘Prabandhan Shikhar’. It has Faculties purely Ph.D. and students having origin from India’s best Engineering, Medicine, and other Disciple Colleges.
IIM Indore has gradually been increasing the annual intake of students for its two years Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) course from around 50 in 1998 to 450 in 2010.
The Institute always conducts cultural program ‘āhvān’ in which various Renowned Bands and Singers are invited. Over a Past few Years popular singers and bands like Euphoria, Mohit Chauhan and Parikrama have performed

Started with Arts at the Rani Sarai (Currently The S.S.P.Office) was known as ‘G.S.Kala Bhavan’ but later Eminent industrialists and Especially Shri Kudilaji Sekasria donated a huge amount in memory of his Late father Seth Shri Govindram Sekasria to make it as an first Technical institute of central India. It has now a Green Lustrous Campus spreaded in the Heart of Indore City. Anytime over the Year there are about 2400 Students approx. studying in Campus in various Courses.
According to the Survey conducted by the Outlook Magazine, The College holds currently 35 Rank in all India and only Engineering college of Indore. The Institute has been getting Grants from Govt. of India as well as The World Bank to renovate its Labs. Since 2004 the college is trying to get “Deemed to be a University” status
The Institute celebrated its golden Jubilee year on 22 December 2002(Also the S.G.S.I.T.S. Day); Where Former President A.P.J.Abdul Kalam visited the Campus and interacted with the students as well as the Concerning Faculties. The institute has Residential facilities for Staff as well as there are 4 Boy’s Hostel along with 2 Girls and one for Research Scholars.After IIT-Roorkee, College’s Department of Civil Engineering & Applied Mechanics holds No.2 Position in having a largest fleet of Ph.D. faculties in whole India

Not to Mention, The infamous Central India’s S.G.S.I.T.S., Indore which was Estd.1952 with again the Efforts of The Late Prime Minister J.L.Nehru the College is going to celebrate its 58 Glorious yrs. On 22 Dec. Recently, As Directed by the M.H.R.D. Indore is the only city in India to serve an IIT as well as an IIM. As per the Statistics, Currently about 500 Degree colleges are enrolled under various Universities of the state. Besides, The capital city hosts some of the Premier institutes like, ,Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology[MANIT]. As time had Passed, The Government of M.P. has left no stone unturned, to bring quality education in the state. With these, the first Private college was established in 1991 and been recognized as an institute of national importance Named as Lakshmi Narain Institute of Technology [LNCT]
